Shopping Information

What's the cost of shipping?
All store items' shipping rates are based on weight by the carrier. Most orders are shipped through USPS.
When will you ship my order?
All orders typically ship within 7-14 business days. Times may vary due to holidays and busy seasons.
Do you offer LOCAL PICKUP?
Yes, we do offer local pickup. During checkout please enter local pickup. At this time local pickup is at my home, please be respectful. Orders MUST be picked up in person within five days of completion.
How long will it take to arrive?
Items typically take 4-10 business days to arrive once shipped.Due to COVID-19 and USPS delays, please be patient with shipping services. Tracking will be provided by email once your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We offer our products to residents in the USA.

Payment Information

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Tax amounts are based on your shipping location and vary by county. Our website automatically calculates sales tax when you enter a shipping location.
When will I be charged?
Your account will be charged within 24 hours of completing checkout.

How can I check my order status?
First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login and click “My Account” at the top of the page. When you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders. Here, you can cancel an order, view, or pay. You may not cancel orders after they have been shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to the nature of our work and the fact that orders are begun almost immediately, we allow 24 hours for order cancellations at this time. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our work, we don't accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us directly if you have any problems with your order.
How do I track an order?
After your shipping label has been printed, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information. You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking “Order History” in the "My Accounts" links section. Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number.Due to COVID-19 and USPS delays, please be patient with shipping services. Tracking will be provided by email once your order ships.
What is your damage policy?
Unfortunately sometimes things can be damaged in transit. We do our best to package orders carefully to avoid this from happening. However, If your order arrives damaged, we request that you reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery and do not discard the damaged item and its packaging. If you fail to report damages in this time frame, we won't be able to file a claim with the carrier and will be unable to accept responsibility for the damages. Once you've notified us that the item was damaged, we will file a claim with the shipper. We may need your assistance to have the package picked up by UPS or brought into USPS for inspection. Once this is completed, a replacement will be sent out.

All of our handmade products are hand cut, rough sanded, painted and distressed by my husband and myself. Each will vary slightly. No two signs will be alike.
